Friday the 13th of March:

Because we believe that everyone deserves a chance to enjoy the ice, we offer an ice skating clinic (and match) at the Jaap Edenbaan for people with disabilities. For more information, or if you would like to participate, please contact our event manager on the possibilities.

14:00 – 16:30     ‘Schaatsen met statushouders’

On Friday March 13, a group of students and stakeholders will watch the Mass Start Finals of the World University Speed Skating Championships, whilst enjoying some typical Dutch ‘koek and zopie’. Afterwards, we get an hour of ice skating lessons, given by professionals. In short, this is a unique experience to watch the performances of top athletes and experience ice skating yourself. For questions or more information, please contact our event manager.

16:00 – 20:00     ‘NSK Klunen’

These are the Dutch Student Championships ‘Klunen’ held at the Jaap Edenbaan. More information will follow soon!

17:00 – 20:00     ‘Vrijdag Middag Borrel’

The Vrijdag Middag Borrel, or Vrijmibo, is a typical Dutch event with which we would like to end the week. More information will follow soon!

22:00 – 02:30     ‘After Skate Party Amsterdam’

The last offical event of the FISU WUC Speed Skating 2020 will be the After Skate Party Amsterdam, held at Boven Nul. Because of the Dutch law we can only provide entrance to people who are the age of 18 or above.
